Keep up, keep track.

Find posts related to everything "techy" that has to do with fitness gear. This will include information on fabric trends and technology that can keep you cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and staying stink free during your work out. Posts will also include what I call "gadget" technology. I will be the first to admit I'm not the most savvy when it comes to gadgets but then I think that gives me a unique outlook when researching these products. Not only will I hope to find gear that looks good but that is designed well on the inside as well as on the outside. If I can figure it out and I love it I believe you might too. Here's to learning something new!
