Last week’s Giveaway Winner of the Recipe for Good Health gift basket is Ali. She is a busy mother of three. Her youngest, Hank just turned one! We were happy to meet up with Ali in her hometown of Strum, Wisconsin and as you can see by the photo it’s not only Ali’s smile that’s contagious; her zest and love of fitness shows in her children too. Her daughters were eager to show us their planking skills and her oldest also informed us that she could do the most push-ups this week at school. She did 21! Pretty impressive. It’s easy to see that the healthy lifestyle Ali has adopted has had a positive influence on her children. Congratulations, Ali!
