This vibrant lady is new to working out, but when I noticed her at a Burn Boot Camp class she was giving it her best, and she was wearing a smile. She was also wearing cute workout gear! “I am willing to spend more on my shoes for working out, as I feel that it is important for you to have the correct support. With that being said, I LOVE my Asics.”
HER FITLIFE:
“I work as a medical office assistant. I enjoy spending time with my family. My favorite thing to do is vacation. I have been lucky enough to be able to travel. I would really enjoy a position which involves travel.
My daughter brought to my attention that Burn Boot Camp had a special going on. This was when I decided to take the first step to exercising. My goal with deciding to exercise is to build up my muscles again as you lose muscles as you age. I also would like to feel better, have more energy, weight loss, and to be able to get off my medication for high blood pressure. I have always tried to walk as much as possible.
One of my favorite things to eat that is healthy is a salad along with fruit. My not so healthy items would include chocolate and ice cream.”
