When Advocare found me in the summer of 2013, I was exhausted and glorifying busy with a life of work, coffee cup in hand from sun up to sun down. As a special education teacher for 18 years, I had poured so much into others that very little was left for those I cared most about, my family. A friend shared a Spark and I immediately knew I could also spark change in my life. I got started on the 24-day challenge and in 6 months went from a size 14/16 to a size 6/8, losing 40# and 30″. I’ve not only kept that weight off to this day but gained incredible energy and a belief that anything is possible. My husband stopped relying on soda to get through his night shift work and began to use products to add lean muscle. My 3 boys have the parents we always wanted to be…full of life, hope, and dreams!
