You’ve may have used an eye mask during yoga or meditation, or maybe at your local spa. The slight aromatic effect of lavender and flaxseed can help calm the mind and signal the body it is time for rest. Lavender is known to reduce anxiety and encourage restful sleep and eye masks are designed to soothe and relax tired eyes. According to Sara’s Etsy page, Eye pillows can help alleviate irritated, itchy, and burning eyes caused by over-exposure to blue light, and they can also help calm the nerves and light sensations associated with migraines. Each pillow is made of premium high-grade cotton on one side and an ultra-soft minky fabric on the other.

Take-Two By Kelly – Local Maker, Kelly makes each re-claimed live-edge charcuterie board made from Black Walnut or Oak. Each serving Board is made from reclaimed wood and is unique and oh so beautiful. If you saw our Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board post I used one of Kelly’s boards! Use them as a tray to corral items on your counter or as a serving tray. Boards vary in size and quantities are limited! You can also find custom upcycled one-of-a-kind flannel shirts on her site .
