IGNITE is a unique blend of strength training, conditioning, and yoga, where we focus on gaining lean muscle mass and burning body fat. Classes consist of body weight movements, weighted movements using Torpedos ( a genius mix of a dumbbell and kettlebell!) and finishing with a rejuvenating yoga style cool down.)
