Once you find your Transversus Abdominis Muscle (TrA) you will be aware of what your true core muscles are doing for you and your skeletal structure. You will learn how to feel each movement so that you learn to breathe correctly and recognize what you are working for – the mind/body connection.
In this short period of scheduled time, you will learn where these abdominal muscles are and how each one works with a purpose.
