Amy’s Story
I own my own business called MÜD Modular (pronounced mood) that I started while caring for my ailing parents. My passion is helping people do better by being present in the moment. I’m a volunteer for the Lewy Body Dementia Association and in 2010 I started and still facilitate the Lewy Body Dementia Caregivers Support Group in Eau Claire. I love spending time with my husband Chris and our dog-daughter Miki (a Golden Retriever/Australian Sheperd mix).
I’ve always been an active person, walking almost every day (anything to be outside). Occasionally, I would take a class here and there and tried a few different gyms until about four years ago when I decided I needed to make a change. It was just time for me. After spending the last half of my 30’s caring for my ailing parents during their final journey I decided it was time to take care of myself. Today I’m totally obsessed with Burn Boot Camp.
