Beginner-friendly yoga classes are available online through Zoom, allowing you the opportunity to move and breathe from the comfort of your own home! Expect to relax, breathe, stretch, and feel better while moving your body in beginner-level sequences.
All you may need is a yoga mat and a positive attitude!
If you have yoga props feel free to use them too!
*Wear comfortable athletic clothing: no shoes required.

*Previously purchased kimbentley yoga class punchcards are valid through July 31st and can be used toward June and July classes!
